"Haus Wussler", the modern guest house of our traditional Black Forest farm of 1839, was built in 1992.It is located on a sunny plateau with a splendid panoramic view of the Kinzig Valley/Black Forest. In the guest house, there are three holiday apartments of different size, price and availability. Our home-made products and high-quality "Schnaps" from our distillery make a typical German country-side vacation perfect. "Haus Wussler" is children- and family-friendly. The playground and the various animals of the separate Black Forest farm, e.g. cows and calves, ponies, goats, potbelly-pigs, cats, rabbits, chickens and ducks are waiting for our young guests. But elderly people, singles and couples enjoy their holidays here, too. "Haus Wussler" is only 3 km away from the picturesque historic City of Gengenbach. The next supermarket and bakery can be reached by car in only 5 minutes. Gengenbach with its medieval town-centre, idyllic narrow streets, half-timbered houses, gates and towers, has many shops and supermarkets as well as traditional restaurants, inns, wine-taverns and cafés. There are facilities for wellness, sports and recreation, cultural events, museums, entertaining programs, concerts, wine fairs, traditional German celebrations and festivals. Join the night-watchman on his tour in summer, watch the "Cultural Summer Festival" with music and theatre, enjoy the wine festivals in autumn, visit "Martini-Market" in November or the Christmas markets and the "Largest Advent Calendar of the World" in December or celebrate the "Fastnacht" (traditional carnival) in winter. In the first week, we charge an additional flat rate of Euros 65,00 for water, current, heating, trash collection, 1 set of bed linen per person and final cleaning of the apartment. This flat rate is valid for a stay of up to two weeks. Additional night / low season: Euros 44,00

Additional night / Christmas/New Year: Euros 54,00 for up to 4 guests. Plus visitors' tax. Towels can be brought. However, we also have a rental service for towels, bath towels, tea towels and additional bed linen. A high-chair and a baby-bed are available upon request (free of charge). Highspeed Internet access DSL 2000 via WLAN (WIFI) Router available in each apartment and in the house area (extra charge). Stereo unit with CD-player, audio tape-player and radio in each apartment. Extra radio in the kitchen. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available (in a separate room/extra charge). Extra charge for office service (e-mail, fax, telephone etc.). Please note: There is one separate bedroom with a double bed in each apartment. In the living-rooms, there are additional places to sleep (single beds resp. sofabeds). Minimum 4 nights during low season, 5 nights during intermediate season, 7 nights during high season and Christmas/New Year/Easter.
Visitors' tax:
The City of Gengenbach will charge a visitors' tax of Euro 1,85 (high season/intermediate season) and Euro 1,20 (low season) per night/person over the age of 16. After payment of that visitors' tax cash in Euro upon arrival, you will receive the Black Forest Guest-Card with "KONUS" which provides various special rates and reductions in Gengenbach and in the Black Forest area, e.g. free admission to the open-air swimming-pools in Gengenbach in summer, reduced prices for events, bicycle rental, miniature golf, guided hiking tours etc.
In addition, and as a SPECIAL DISCOUNT, you will receive a FREE TICKET for certain trains and buses in the Black Forest area during your stay at "Haus Wussler".
