Our condo is brand new, fully furnished and decorated in a timeless, contemporary style that will provide you, your family and guests with a serene, relaxing atmosphere. The Living Room with its plush queen sleeper sofa and two oversized side chairs offer plenty of seating to ensure everyone has their own space to unwind from a busy day in the sun. If sitting back to relax, watch a movie or sport event is more your style, the Family Room/Den is your hang-out place with its cozy sectional sofa that features a queen sleeper and recliner, a 42” LCD TV, DVD player and a large leather ottoman to prop up those tired feet.

One of the many features that make this condo special is its spacious balcony. The ocean view and the picture perfect sunsets you will enjoy from this balcony give this condo its bragging rights.

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has all you need to display your culinary talents including cooking utensils, cookware, dinner ware, microwave oven, etc. An inviting Dining Room features seating for 8 guests at a round dining table perfect for conversation, a game of poker or playing board games.

The luxurious Master Suite features a king size bed, mirrored dresser, walk-in closet, and private bath. Featured in the Second Bedroom are two 5-inch post twin bunk beds and tall mirrored closet doors that make this room bright and airy.

Other amenities to make your stay enjoyable are front-load washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, beach towels, cooler, beach toys, games, comfortable working desk, Internet, Cable TV and air conditioning in each room and main area, 2 parking spaces in front of building entrance.

Puerta del Mar’s Recreational Facilities shared by residents and guests, include: 2 adult pools, one of which is an “infinity” pool with whirlpool spa; outdoor showers, a children’s pool and playground; beautifully landscaped grounds; sitting benches and canopy/spa beds for outdoor relaxing/reading. BBQ a meal and enjoy dining under the gazebo located by the infinity pool. Take in the sun as you relax on the lounge chairs/beds by the pool side. Enjoy the picture perfect sunsets and breathtaking seascape view from the sundecks and viewing plaza. Outside its gates is a safe full size basketball court and children’s playground. Controlled tele-entry access and security guard provide access to residents and their guests.
