Stone villa in Kea island Greece, situated in the beachfront of the magnificent and well protected gulf Koundouros of Kea island.
Kea belongs to the Cyclades complex of islands and is connected with regular ferry service (1 hour trip) with the port of Lavrion, being 1 h. drive from Athens and 30' from Athens airport. The villa consists of a 2-floors stone house and a separate guest studio. In the first floor of the main house there are one master bedroom with shower room and veranda and a twin bed bedroom with shower room. On the groud floor there are a living room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a very large terrace with patio offering magnificent sea view. The guest studio consists of DB room, shower room and a seaview veranda. Overall, the house can accommodate 6 guests. The most important advantage of this house is the rocky beach and pier right below the house, offering the guests the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful clear waters all day long with the utmost privacy. For these people who have a private boat, it is the ideal place for fishing, water skiing or other water activities. Moreover, in a 3 km. distance there is also the popular sandy beach "Agios Emilianos" with tavernas and beach bars.
