La Vieille Grange is an 18th century stone barn offering guests Bed & Breakfast with a touch of luxury.
The property is situated in the heart of Burgundy, on the edge of the Morvan National Park and surrounded by idyllic rolling countryside yet close to many areas of interest. An ideal base for hiking, road or mountain biking, painting, fishing; visiting the famous Premier Cru vineyards of Burgundy or exploring the fascinating medieval towns of Autun, Beaune & Chalon sur Saône.

Our highly appointed accommodation comprises two luxurious bedrooms. Both have very comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom Anna is a sumptuous French Antique style double room and bedroom Mathilde is a spacious contemporary room with twin/superking bed. The en-suite bathrooms have big deep bath tubs & rain showers as well as a hair dryer & good mirrors. No expense has been spared to ensure your stay is comfortable. Fine linens, lots of pillows, thick bath towels & l'Occitane organic bath products all add to your holiday experience.
We can provide a cot & other baby equipment at no extra charge if you are travelling with an infant under 2 years old.
There are many excellent restaurants nearby but if you prefer to dine in, Alison provides a delicious 4 course dinner using fresh, seasonal produce with wine at a cost of €25 per person. Guests have exclusive use of the large, comfortable sitting room where you are most welcome to relax during your stay. An extensive collection of DVD's is available for your use.
There is also a reading area on the mezzanine level. Should you need to go online, the property is wifi equipped for your convenience. Our garden areas overlook the meadows, woodland & forest beyond. Garden chairs are available for you to sit & enjoy the delightful views with only the birdsong breaking the silence. Tasty French breakfasts, afternoon tea & cake, delicious home cooked 'bistro' style dinners will ensure that you don't go hungry!
