Booking is confirmed when the funds are received in the bank account.
On your arrival day we will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and sign the rent contract. For that we need your personal data (name, addresses, passport number).
Rest of the money (rest of the rent + guarantee) will be given on your arrival day after the contract signature. The guarantee shall be returned to you on departure, when you return the keys and if there are no damages. Payment shall be by cash.The handing-over of the keys is done the day of the arrival at midday (15h-16h00), or in the evening (19h-22h00) and the apartment must be released before 12h00 the day of the departure.
