Consider our vacation rental in Princeville, on the beautiful North Shore of Kauai in Hawaii. Our two-level, 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom is perfect for people who desire an affordable, comfortable, relaxing and conveniently located home base in a lovely area, while they enjoy their Kauai adventure. It's located in a neighborhood called Hale Honu (House of Turtles), right off the main highway and just down the street from the Princeville shopping center. Hale Honu is also just up the hill from the charming town of Hanalei, which provides the only means of access by car to experience the gorgeous Napali Coast. There are dozens of beaches, attractions and things to do on the North Shore and our home is right in the middle of all of it. You can play tennis in town or golf locally at the world famous courses. All beaches are public. There is a natural ocean pool called Queen's Bath, located off a short trail past a waterfall. You can arrange practically any activity or rental, like horseback riding, boating, fishing, surfing, snorkling, scuba, etc. at a local provider. The ground floor of our home has a living room with cable television, DVD & VCR and a extensive movie library. There is also a record player with CD and radio, along with an eclectic record collection. Our couch opens to a bed and could sleep an additional guest or two. There is a dining area, lanai (back porch shown in one photo), modern equipped kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer. There is also a small yard in front. The upstairs has three bedrooms and a full modern bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV & DVD. Our office bedroom has a full bamboo bed with desk, high speed cable internet access for your laptop, and cable TV. Our twin bedroom has two beds and portable radio and CD/Ipod player. There are ceiling fans in every room, closet and storage space throughout. Our walls are decorated with vintage Hawaiian art. Our linen service supplies fresh bed sheets and towels for each new group and we provide modern kitchen appliances, cookware, dishware, beach supplies...mostly everything you'll need to be comfortable during your stay. The area around our home is lush. There are plants in view from every window. There are mountain 'Bali Hai' views, views of Hanalei Bay and occasionally waterfall views in the distance. The stars at night are amazing. The neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet. This is a great place to start and end your day.
