All plates, cups, glasses, tableware, pots and pans, silverware and everything other than the food itself is there for you.

A large great room is adjacent to the kitchen/dining room and includes a LCD TV, and a home theatre system. Plush carpet with upgraded pad, a gas fireplace and central A/C are found in this home. An 8' x 18' deck has great views of Colorado's Front Range.

The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own dual sink bath, a large roman tub, upgraded tile, walk in closet, and mountain views. Mounted on the wall in the master bedrooms private seating area is a 20” TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has its own wall mounted TV with a built in DVD player. The third bedroom is smaller than the other two but it still has a full size bed along with a desk and leather office chair. A roll away bed can be put in this room in you need additional sleeping space for another person ($50 per month additional charge).

There is a laundry room on the entry level with full size washer and dryer. A 1/2 bath with pedestal sink is adjacent to the great room. This home has rounded corners and textured walls throughout with window treatments on all windows.
