Here at La Treille Gites we have 3 separate gites available, each accommodating between 2-6, 2-5 & 2-3 persons individually or a group of up to 14 persons. Gite 3 - Le Maize (Sleeps 2-3 people)
Le Maize is situated as an annex to the main house and occupies the ground floor (no stairs). The accommodation comprises:-
Kitchen/Diner - (The gite is entered via the front door into the Kitchen) newly fitted units with cooker (gas hob/electric oven), large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a lovely 'feature bread oven' in this room. Sitting Room - Modern corner suite that can covert to bed settee, matching arm chair, TV (receiving UK Sky freeview channels), DVD & Video players and coffee table. French doors that open onto lawns with Garden furniture and barbecue. There are also a large collection of DVD movies available, a PS2 game console and games, a good selection of board games and lots of tourist information brochures for your enjoyment. There is a small double bedroom just off the lounge. Bathroom - Bath, shower cubicle & double sink vanity unit. Separate W/C. Leading out of the sitting room is a paved terrace and the gardens with patio furniture and barbacue equipement. All of course situated for you to enjoy one of the best views in the Dordogne. All linen and towels are provided (except for beach towels).
The Gite is also fitted out with electric radiators.
There is ample secure parking space within the grounds. NB There is a washing machine, iron and laundry items in a separate Utility room.
