like home.
Unit has a Washer and dryer for your connivance.

$250 deposit required payable by credit card or PayPal.
Balance to be paid 72 hours prior to arrival.Monthly rentals balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: cancel prior to 48 hours of arrival there is a $50 administration fee.
Cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival you forfeit the $250 deposit.
