There are many beachside restaurants in the area and in close proximity there is the Crystal Bay Golf Club and Resort. The whole area has an abundance of activities and interesting places to visit which will ensure a memorable holiday for every family member. The villa is newly built and is very spacious and comfortable. It has a bright airy feel to it and is designed in a fusion Thai/Western/Colonial style with large terraces and verandas and surrounded by beautiful gardens with palms, shrubs, large pots with water lily and lotus flowers. Large sliding doors and windows allow the ever present cooling breeze from the adjacent sea-shore to waft throughout the villa creating a cool, airy and pleasant indoor environment.
The villa is in a gated and secure up-market beachside superb quality international development. The villa is 50 yards from a quiet wide sandy beach which is ideal and safe for families. The whole villa is furnished in a nautical style with many posters and pictures of all kinds of sea going vessels. There are many colourful lighthouses and other nautical memorabilia dotted throughout the villa which creates a delightful easy going holiday mood. Marine blues and pastel shades in the decoration combine to make this a wonderful house to spend a holiday in by the sea. The spacious lounge offers elegant living has a TV and DVD player along with a high speed internet connection. Sliding doors open out onto an internal courtyard which is an ideal place for an early morning cup of coffee. Also on the ground floor there is a separate dining room and a modern fully fitted kitchen. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite showers. The master bedroom also has the benefit of a large bath. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds which can be placed together to form a large double bed if required. The master bedroom has a large king size bed. The upper level also has a gallery area which is well stocked with books and also a large outdoor terrace complete with a large sun-lounger. The beach-side club house is just across the street from the villa. It is beautifully appointed and the large free-form swimming pool looks out over the beach to the private jetty which stretches out into the Gulf of Thailand. There is also a fully fitted Gymnasium in the beach-side club house.
