The Heights is two separate units... The Eagle's Nest and The Bobcat's Den, which can be rented as a complete entity or independently. Its unique award-winning floor plan designed by KLM, allows for free flowing multi-level living as one full unit or two separate locked-off units with completely private entrances. The units are completely different, yet uniquely spectacular and fully soundproofed. The Eagle's Nest is a 4000 square foot multi-level unit, uniquely designed for two vacationing families, as it is equipped with two large Master Bedroom Suites, one with its own Private Balcony. The first floor houses the game room, complete with slate pool table, wet bar and an enormous outdoor eight-man hot tub, perfect for stargazing and watching the fireworks from Sunday River on Saturday nights. There is also a cozy nook with a gas fireplace and 36" color TV to watch your favorite movie or sports team. There are two full baths on this level and one four-bed bunkroom. The laundry room is also located here.

On the next floor, the main floor, is located a state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room, and living room, all combined in a large open area floor plan with a huge stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings. There is also a huge deck just outside this living area.

On the third level, are located the two king master bedroom suites, each with its own private bath, and one of which has a private deck overlooking Sunday River. And there is also a reading loft living area on this level with an observatory for amateur astronomers to view the beyond. There is also a computer and a Foosball Table located here.

The fourth floor loft has a King sized bed where skylights abound and, of course, there is a very generous-sized full bath.

The second or main floor consists of a large open floor plan with a beautiful state-of-the-art kitchen, dining room, and living room with a huge stone fireplace and cathedral ceilings. The panoramic view of Sunday River and its beautiful surrounding mountains is breathtaking. There is also an office complete with HP Computer and games. A Queen bedroom with a 37" plasma TV is on this level. And there is a full bath on this level. Just outside the door is a huge deck for perfect relaxation. The top floor boasts the two beautiful master bedroom suites, both with private decks looking out on the mountains, and each with its own private full bathroom. There is also a loft with a seating area for reading, viewing the 36" Color TV or playing Nintendo games.

Outside, we just completed an enormous deck, which is the stepping-stone to the beautiful in-ground heated swimming pool.
