It has everything you need for that relaxing week at the seashore, including a large private swimming pool and patio -- great for morning coffee instead of a morning commute.
Don’t be crammed into a cramped condo. This beautiful home with its nautical décor is perfect for large families or groups. You have room to stretch out – 2020 sq. feet (largest floor plan in the neighborhood) -- with large living/dining room, four bedrooms and two baths, full kitchen, and a spacious family room.
The spacious Master bedroom features a king size bed, TV/VCR/DVD, a private bath with soaker tub and shower and a huge closet. The Kahuna and Palm Bedrooms both have queen beds, TV/VCR and alarm clocks just in case you don't want to sleep in. The Twin bedroom features two twin beds and TV/VCR. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. There are queen sleeper sofas in the living and family rooms.
The large back yard is fenced for privacy and security and features a large swimming pool and tropical landscaping. The white-sugar-sand beach is a short stroll away.
At the end of a great day in the sun, you can enjoy the family room with high-definition TV/VCR/DVD and selection of books, videos and family games. High-speed Internet service is provided.
Come kick back, soak up some sun and work on your tan (or lounge in the shade) and enjoy life at the Pelican's Elbow.

All rates reflect 8 persons or fewer. The home sleeps up to 12, so add $100/week ($15/night) per person over age 2.
We rent to responsible student groups with a $750 security deposit and an $85 cleaning fee.
Half of rent is due upfront to secure reservation. Second half of rent, 11% FL tax, and a $500 security deposit ($750 for students)are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Security deposit will be refunded 2-3 days after checkout if property is left in the condition in which it was found and all rental policies are followed.
All reservations during spring break/summer are from Saturday (4 pm check-in) to Saturday (10 am check-out).
Home is available for long-term rental during the Fall/Winter season at $1300/month plus utilities for two people for 2-4 months. Inquire about shorter stays.
A cleaning fee of $65-$85 is charged for all rentals of less than a full week.
