DESCRIPTION: A brand new sea view complex of villas with swimming pool, just a short stroll away from the golden sand of Pefkos beach and a 5 mins drive from the beautiful village of Lindos and its historic monuments. The villas are conveniently situated close to the middle of the east coast of Rhodes, with easy access to both the north and the south of the island. They are furnished to the highest standards and surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive, citrus and almond trees. Superior is a four bedroom villa, two of which have full-sized double beds while the others have twin beds.
A double middle door can covert it into two autonomous two bedroom villas.
All bedrooms have LCD HDTV sets with satellite, internet point,a roomy closet, a safe and a hair dryer.
The two living rooms are equipped with LCD/HD TVs and have comfortable sofa-beds that can sleep 4 more.
There are four bathrooms, two with jacuzzi, and the others with bath tub and shower.
The two wide verandas, overlook the pool and have sea views. Both are equipped with tables and chairs.
The two kitchens have fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker, blender and coffee maker. All cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
There is a cleaner’s room with washing machine, iron/ironing board and all necessary cleaning equipment.
All linen is supplied. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms and living rooms.

ACCESSIBILITY: There are no facilities for people with mobility problems. However, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms on the ground floor can be accessed by wheelchairs, as door openings are wide and the patio has ramps. GARDEN AND POOL AREA:All villas are surrounded by olive, citrus and almond trees and are built around a paved patio with lawn and a shared swimming pool at its centre with sunbeds and parasols. A fully equipped, shared outside barbecue is available. There are wide verandas with sea views and outside tables and chairs ideal for open-air dining. BEACH:Li (or Pefkos central) beach with its golden sand and sandy and pebbled Plakia beach are just 200 meters away. They both have organised beach facilities (parasols, sunbeds, showers etc), cafes and restaurants and water sports facilities. Li beach has been awarded a blue flag. Pefkos is situated close to the middle of the east coast of Rhodes and tons of beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters are within easy car access, less than a 15 minutes drive away.
Lindos, now an historic village was in the ancient times an important trading port of the Mediterranean and is just 3km away. The fortification wall of the ancient acropolis, dramatically built on a limestone rock overlooking the village, the temple of Athena and the tomb of Cleobulus, one of the Seven Sages of Ancient Greece are just some of the many important monuments of Lindos. Many ancient, Early Christian, Byzantine, Medieval and Ottoman monuments can be found in the surrounding area.
GOLF: Afandou golf course is about 25km away. It is an international standard, 18-hole (par 73) golf course next to Afandou Beach. Facilities include changing rooms, showers and a snack bar. DISTANCES: Pefkos is well served by buses and taxis. However, car hire is recommended if you want flexibility. Blue Dream Villas are situated about 50km south of Rhodes Diagoras International Airport and 50km south of the port of Rhodes town. The historic village of Lindos is just 3km to the north and is connected with Rhodes town with excursion boats and buses.
