We have spent the last 3 years renovating the house to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

Ground Floor: Entering the house through the double front doors brings you directly into the large L-shaped Dining Room with huge old Spanish Oak dining table and artesan Olivewood chairs.

To the left is the fully modernised Kitchen, with Ceramic Hob with Extractor Hood, 2 Ovens, Microwave, 2 Fridges and of course a Dishwasher. This way also leads to the ground floor Bathroom with full bath, twin basins, toilet, bidet, washing machine and tumble dryer and out to the Patio, Pool and Garden. There is also direct access to the kitchen through the Garage.

To the right, we pass into the massive Family Living Room, with four sofas, full Sky Satellite Television including Sports, a DVD Player and CD/Tape/Vinyl Hi-Fi. We also have Wi-fi Broadband internet, so don't forget your laptops!

From the Living Room we pass up the Marble Staircase to the First Floor where we find 4 Bedrooms:-

A very large Double Bedroom (with optional cot) with en suite large round Hydro-Massage Bath, large heated mirror and private Balcony; 2 more double Bedrooms; another Bedroom with 2 single beds; and a brand new Power Shower Room.

Downstairs and out through the back door leads to the large split level Patio, the poolside annexe with 2 more Bedrooms with En Suite Bathrooms with Hydro-Massage Baths, fitted Hairdryers and heated Mirrors. These rooms also have Televisions with integrated DVD/CD Player and look directly onto the Patio, Pool and Gardens.

The kidney-shaped Pool is from 1.4 metres to 1.8 metres deep, with Roman Steps for easy access, a separate vertical Diving Platform, a Swimmers Treadmill or “Endless Pool” feature and modern easy-maintain filter and cleaning system.

From here, we pass into the beautiful landscaped Gardens, with Lawns, an illuminated Pergola, wonderful views over the Plain of Antequera to the Snowy Mountains of Granada, hosts of Fruit and Nut Trees and more Wildlife than we can say.

Cortijo Las Viñas can sleep from 2 to 16 people and is ideally located to make the perfect holiday destination to enjoy the whole of Andalucia. It is a 10-minute drive outside the ancient city of Antequera, with it’s 5,000 year old Dolmen burial sites, Roman remains, including 2000 year old Thermal Baths and solid gold statues, a Moorish Castle and more Renaissance Church Architecture than almost any other comparable city.

Antequera offers all the sophistication of city life balanced with the traditional Spanish Siesta lifestyle. All the major attractions of Córdoba, Granada, Sevilla & the Costa Del Sol are less than one hour’s drive from this natural crossroads for the whole of Andalucía.

Also nearby is the small Wine-making White Village of Mollina, which produces about 80% of all the official Málaga Denominación wine and the villa itself is completely surrounded by Vineyards, Almond and Olive Groves.

A 25% Deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance required no less than 8 weeks before arrival. There is also a fully refundable Damage Deposit of GBP250.00 sterling against any breakages or excessive cleaning costs. Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard or PayPal only.

Until a booking is confirmed, rentals are subject to possible alteration.

A cleaning service is available at 15€ per hour.

Changeovers normally happen on Saturdays at 4pm and Departures at 10am to allow for thorough cleaning before the subsequent arrival, though we may be able to be flexible on this if bookings allow.
