The property is situated in a residential area and located with only a few minutes walk away from a 20 Km of white sandy beach, in the middle of the San Felice Circeo National Park. Supermarkets and all the main shops are five minute drive from Sabaudia. Restaurants are walking distance from the property. However, the area is very quiet and peaceful ideal for a relax family summer holiday. The house, 125 sqm, has his own private gardens, front and back, around 250 sqm.

At the property's reservation, tenants are required to transfer a 30% down of the total amount, as deposit, to make unavailable dates inquired for to others potential guests, via bank transfer and as soon as we will receive confirmation of it, we will apply the reservation confirming it sending a receipt via e-mail. Full payment for the balance needs to be clear into our bank account not later than three ( 3 ) weeks prior your arrival date and at that point we will confirm your booking for the period required. Owner will personally welcome and consign the property keys to your arrive. No caution deposit is required. The tenant must inform the landlord within the 24 hours of the keys delivery, for eventual lacks or anomalies of the furnished. Property can ONLY be rent at the maximum of five ( 5 ) people. The only presence of one person, superior to that agreed at the reservation, behaves the contract resolution.
