DO NOT CLICK "Make a Payment or Deposit" until instructed by owners who will provide exact details (via email or by phone).A $300 security deposit is required to hold your reservation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the unit is not damaged and all equipment, linens, furniture, decorations and appliances have been accounted for and are in good working condition. The full balance (plus QST-7.5%, GST-6/5% and 2$/night occupancy taxes) is due 3 weeks before arrival and is not refundable. In such cases only, where you cannot actually make use of the condo but have paid up front: if the unit can be rented for the same period and at the same rate, the owners may at their sole discretion may provide a refund less a cancellation fee and the original security deposit OR provide another similar reservation for another open date. In no case shall the owners be obliged to provide this cooperation however. There is a complete guide to using our condo and enjoying your stay provided on the kitchen counter. Please refer to it for instructions on using the appliances, televisions, cable, wireless internet etc. The unit will be clean upon your arrival and will be cleaned when you leave. It will not be cleaned while you are there. Please leave dirty dishes in sink or dishwasher, linens on bed etc. for the cleaners. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a few cooking items like spices, salt, pepper and sugar for coffee/tea. All other foods/drinks are the renters responsibility. Do not leave any food. Please use the exhaust fans (microwave) on low when using the toaster otherwise the fire alarm may be triggered. There are no additional charges for using the phone or Internet. The phone can be used to call any number in the Canada or USA. Any other (overseas) numbers will require a calling card to complete. The phone does not have voice mail. Incoming calls must be answered in 7 rings or less. Instructions on how to obtain access to our property will be provided directly by the owners. The owners are not responsible for any lost or damaged property during your stay. The unit does have a monitored security system which can be enabled during your stay. The unit is monitored 24 hours a day for fire alarms as well. PLEASE - NO PETS ALLOWED - NO SMOKING of any kind IN UNIT !
