Springs 7 is a comfortable two-storey townhouse in The Springs, a beautifully landscaped, security-controlled residential area, approximately 20-30 minutes from Dubai International Airport and within 10 minutes drive of pristine Jumeirah beach and the many attractions of Dubai Marina and its five-star resorts. It has good access to the Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road highways, from where it is a convenient drive to the many Dubai attractions like Madinat Souq, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Creek and the Gold Souq. For keen golfers, it is just a 5 minute drive to the picturesque Montgomerie Golf Course, which also has an excellent spa, or to the Emirates Golf Course.Facilities
The villa is smartly decorated throughout, to a very high standard. Downstairs there is a fully-equipped modern fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, and an open plan lounge/dining room with satellite TV & DVD player. There is also a downstairs guest W.C.
The lounge opens out onto the grassed rear garden with patio and garden furniture. The villa also boasts a private swimming pool with ample outside seating. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a second double bedroom and a further bedroom with twin single beds, which share a bathroom. Towels and bed linen are supplied, with weekly maid service, and a complimentary welcome pack. Springs 7 is a short stroll from the local community pool with landscaped gardens, sunbeds and children’s play area.
