Villa Escape is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa ideal for families with children and groups of couples or friends. The sunken living room has a TV (local channels), DVD, and CD-Radio player. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and vanity unit. All other areas have ceiling fans. The master bedroom benefits from a full ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/stove, microwave, fridge and, a full range of cooking utensils. Sun loungers and a B-B-Q are also available for your convenience. A washing-machine is also available in the laundry room. Villa Escape is located approximately 500 yards north of Holetown, on the Platinum coast of Barbados - so called because of the beautiful white coral sand. It is situated across the street from The Discovery Bay Hotel, where you may just walk through to the beach!!!! The Holetown area of Barbados is situated in the parish of St. James mid-way along the island’s beautiful west coast, which is internationally known as the 'Platinum Coast' because of its white sandy beaches. This area is very popular with the many rich and famous celebrities who love to holiday here. Local amenities include: An air-conditioned shopping mall, duty free shops, a supermarket, coffee shop, banks, a post office, medical centres and a petrol station. There is even an internet café for those who wish to keep in touch via e-mail while they are on holiday. Two world-class golf courses are only a short drive away. A very good selection of bars and restaurants offer an excellent choice of food, ranging from good value fast food such as pizzas, through Chinese, Italian and Indian to traditional Bajan cuisine. Rates include housekeeping services. Staff gratuities are welcomed at guests' discretion. Rates are based on a maximum of 6 person occupancy. For larger groups nearby accommodations could be arranged. Additional information available upon request. A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure a booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of $200 is required at the time of balance payment. A security deposit is required to cover any breakage, loss or damage that may occur during your stay. This deposit is returned to you in full by post within 14 days of departure. In the event of cancellation of booking, within 8 weeks prior to date of arrival, deposit payments are considered non-refundable. Payments can be made using PayPal (contact owner for instructions), international money order or cashiers cheque.
