Notes:
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We require 20% booking deposit and remainder 8 week prior to arrival. Payments can be made by wire transfer. We recommend that clients obtain cancellation insurance, as we are unable to issue refunds.
Check in time is 17.00 and departure time is 10.00 am. Other services can be provided with prior notice i.e.Cook and babysitters. A damage security deposit is required and is refunded by wire transfer less any legitimate charges such as cleaning, breakages phone and internet charges and once the property has been fully checked. Somerton is a non smoking house. We are a family run business and have good knowledge of the area. If we can offer any help ring us in advance should you require additional information.
