One of the few houses in town to have a completely unobstructed view of the Atlantic, it was originally built in 1986. then entirely refurbished in 2001. Primarily used as a private home, great care has been taken to create inviting spaces throughout, where friends and guests alike can relax in a colourful, warm environment. Built on three levels, the house has a large, open living/dining room and separate, well equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and second living/dining area are on the upper floors. There are 2 terraces, both offering stunning views of the ocean. In the winter, both electrical heating and 3 recently installed chimneys create a soft, cozy place to enjoy resting while listening to the waves whistle just a few meters below. Asilah (Tanger) Morocco Asilah is a picturesque fishing village of Phoenician origins which later became a medival Portuguese trading post. Located 35 kms south of Tangers, it is well known for the calm and beauty of the well preserved “medina” (old town) and for its international Arts Festival, held every August since 1979. The medina of Asilah is a mostly pedestrian town, making it a big, safe playground for children. Asilah boasts beautiful, extensive sand beaches that spread out on either side of the town. The mild climate makes it an ideal holiday vacation most of the year. The town itself caters to all your needs, from daily and weekly fresh food markets, to standard grocery stores to bazaars selling local artifacts. A few steps away from the shops, you can watch children helping their fathers carve wooden tables or braid silk passamanerie traditionally used to decorate djellabas and kaftans.

Additional Rental Information
- The house can accomodate a maximum of 7 people (3 double bedrooms and 1 single bed in the common living area), however the number of children accepted at any one time is subject to the season.
- A refundable 200 Euro deposit will be required for rental parties which include children under 10 years of age, or pets (only small-medium sized dogs allowed).
- Rentals are generally from Saturday noon (12:00) to Saturday (14:00). However, shorter stays (min. 3 days) are possible depending on the season and availability.
- Renters can make payments by wire transfer or through Paypal (the cost of Paypal services will be billed to the renter and added on the rent)There are many places of interest to visit in the region, beginning with Tangers, Larache (40kms south), Tetouan (100kms), ChefChaouen (200kms) etc. Trips can be arranged with local taxis, although the use of a personal/rental car is advisable, even to access a wider variety of beachs. A public, guarded parking lot is located at the entrance of the medina, within a 5 minute walk to/from the house.
