GROUND FLOOR:3 parking places(1 inside a box,2 outside), FIRST FLOOR: a big balcony,a furnished kitchen,a living room with a fireplace, a sofa,a TV and a very big table,3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, the other 2 have 2 single bed for each,and if you want there is even a baby crib),2 bathrooms(1 has a bath),then there is a garden and a separated furnished kitchen with a portico where you can have a dinner and where you can have a marvellous view of the lake; near the kitchen there is a toilet too.The resort:the house places in Osteno, a little town.There you can find a beach(5 minutes from the house on foot through a large path),a grocer,a pub and a restaurant.6 km far from Osteno there is a bigger town(Porlezza),where you can find supermarkets, restaurants,pizzerias and so on. Lugano is 20 km far from the villa;lake Como and Menaggio only 10 km.

Means of access:
From Milan: take the motorway towards Lugano, go out at Como nord (it is the last exit for Italy), go on towards Menaggio (you mustn't arrive in Menaggio), when you arrive in Argegno go up to valle Intelvi. When you reach San Fedele follow Osteno.
From Lugano: go on to Gandria, go through customs, drive round the shore of the lake untill Porlezza, then go on Osteno, always driving round the shore of the lake.
