This 30 square metres studio apartment is located in Rue des Archives, that is at epicenter of Paris cool, known for its restaurants, watering holes, and the retail stores that continue to attract tourists from around the world. A stone's throw from Hotel de Ville, Notre-Dame-de-Paris, the Centre Pompidou, Chatelet, Le village Saint-Paul and the shopping of the Rue de Rivoli.
The apartment is at 4th French floor of a 18th century walk up building. It is a very good opportunity for a couple of young people who loves to stay in the real heart of the city. It is furnished by a wide desk, a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a dining table and 4 chairs, and also a sofa convertible where one or two people can sleep comfortably. The living room offers also a traditional French fireplace. The apartment has an open kitchen equipped by fridge, traditional oven, ceramic contact grills, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has tub/shower, sink and toilette, fresh linens and matching towels.
The nearest Metro stations are Rambuteau (line 11), Temple (line 3), Hotel de Ville (lines 1 & 11).

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.

3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal.

4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.

6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
