Peachtree Place phase II is located on the desirable laid back "family" western section of Panama City Beach on the north side of Front Beach Road about one mile west of Highway 79. Private well kept grounds surround a gorgeous inground pool, complete with a barbeque pit, palm trees and shade umbrellas. Very intimate! This small quiet complex was built in 1998, is well maintained and holds a total of only 42 units in two small 3 story 21 unit buildings. No "cliff-dwelling" on "nose bleed" levels here!

Did I mention the beach? Wow! Gorgeous .... just one minute away with wide white sand as far as the eye can see .... it doesn't get any better than this!

Unit D303 is an attractive two bedroom, two bath condominium on the third and top most floor overlooking the pool. Great location! Access is available by elevator or stairs and there is plenty of non assigned parking. There is a wide sheltered patio where you can sit and enjoy the warm breezes just outside the front door.

Inside, the unit is tastefully decorated in attractive beach décor, cool whites and soft pastels and offers all of the expected amenities for your pleasant stay in paradise! The unit includes central air conditioning, telephone (with recorded anwering capability), cable TV’s, VCR’s, CD player and stereo, dishwasher, microwave, all kitchenware, washer/dryer, linens and towels. We even have beach chairs for your use!

Both bedrooms have private balconies. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV/VCR and an attached large private bathroom while the second bedroom has a queen bed and another TV/VCR. There is also a pullout bed sofa (sleeps 2) available in the main room.

Yes! Everything is here for you to enjoy your stay in a pleasant tropical environment, so kick off your sandals, pour a cool one and put your mind in neutral!

Long term winter rates are reduced to $1050.00 per month for 5 months

This unit is NON smoking and NO pets. We do not rent to single unaccompanied persons under age 25.

Reservations and rental rates are confirmed upon the appropriate payment received. Sorry, we are unable to hold your reservation unless it is paid for so please be prompt submitting the required payment. Thank you!

Minimum rental period in Spring and Summer is one week and runs Saturday to Saturday. Other rental periods are minimum 3 days.

Check in 3:00 pm (CT) and check out 10:00 am (CT)

The security deposit is $200.00 and is FULLY REFUNDABLE to you after checkout, key return and a satisfactory damage/loss report.

A one time end of stay cleaning fee of $75 and Florida state taxes of 10.5% are additional.

Payment is by bank draft in U.S. funds or by Paypal (you may use your charge card).
