Nice, historical house "Palazzo Pizzamano", from the 15th century. In the centre of Venezia, in the district Castello, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, directly by the canal. For shared use: garden with plants and flowers, courtyard. Garden furniture. Shop, grocers 50 m, restaurant, bar 100 m. Nearby attractions: Piazza San Marco, Arsenale.

3-room apartment 57 m2 on 1st floor, very comfortable and nice furnishings: living/dining room, window onto the courtyard with TV (flat screen TV), fan. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm). Open kitchen (2 hotplates, micro wave, steamer) with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Ceiling fan in the double room. Please note: Living room with exposed beams.
