The internal decor is in a ‘well done rustic’ style in local character. The living and dining area, in fine terra cotta tiles, has a huge fireplace and a large capacity air-conditioner. The big 'party' kitchen has an extra large Sardinian granite table top of over 70 square feet, a breakfast bar with large draws, an extra large wide oven, and double doors - allowing for an easy reach for a party trolley - opening to the impressive entertaining covered veranda and original pizza oven! Other terraces are surrounding the house. All bathrooms are fitted with finest Aga Khan ceramic tiles and anti mist mirrors. Carport for 3 cars. The private entrance to the main road - and to our fine restaurant Aquarium - is on an all paved road. Maid service twice a week. The villa consists of:
A Living and dining area opening to the veranda, garden and beach. On one side: a fine guest powder room with shower and wc as well as a discreet under bench washing machine; then the kitchen. On the other side (down three steps)to 3 bedrooms, 2 with separate (joinable) beds sharing a fine shower room and wc and a long master bedroom with its own air-conditioning, with state of the art en-suite bath room with spa bath and very large mirror. There is a fourth bedroom with en suite shower room and wc, accessible from the outside. The veranda is pleasantly fresh.
