Small, rustic single-family house. In the hamlet Remondet, 9 km from the centre of Sarre, 10 km from the centre of St Nicolas, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Grocers 9 km, restaurant 600 m. Please note: car essential.

2-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and TV. Kitchenette (oven). Gas heating. On the lower ground floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom.
