The casually elegant living room comes with an electric fireplace, while the den is where you will find the TV/DVD/VCR equipment and family-friendly furniture. The two bedrooms come with king-sized beds and separate bathrooms. Your gourmet kitchen comes with a full oven and stove, microwave, blender, food processor, coffee maker, full-sized refrigerator etc. This is another bright and airy home that you will enjoy any time of the year. The French doors in the living room open out into the well-maintained garden that features large mature trees, ivy hedges, a brick patio, two separate water fountains (seahorses and dolphins), and white wicker patio furniture which is cozy and inviting on a warm sunny day. Hideaway screens enable you to enjoy this beautiful garden while in the indoor sitting area, just past the French doors. A brand new, fiber optic-lit hot tub awaits you in a secluded area of the garden. AND, there is an extra studio apartment, the Blue Marlin, situated over the garage. A little private Idaho for extra guests, this sanctuary sleeps 4 and comes with a kitchenette. Bathroom access is back in the main house, via an outdoor staircase. NOTES: The Pelican Roost is a private oasis, which cannot be seen from the street. The TV, with DVD and VCR, is located in the den. There are TVs with VCR players in the two bedrooms and the studio apartment.
