Heaven is 2,700 square feet of spacious vacation living. This large chalet in South Lake Tahoe could easily become your annual Christmas retreat. It’s a traditionally furnished home that can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. It has a large country kitchen with lots of amenities, including a large icemaker, often mistaken for a dishwasher. You’ll even find a potbelly fireplace upstairs. Everyone will find plenty of space to lounge around on the first floor where they can play board games, read a book in the cushioned window area, watch TV, and drink a warm or cold beverage while conversing at the dining room table. Multiple chefs can cook together in the large kitchen. For those who wish to have some serious alone time, they can “check into” the funky yet fully equipped butler’s quarters at garage level.This property is located in a wooded neighborhood, with a secluded backyard located on a large deck that circles the back, side and front of the home; complete with a hot tub and barbeque. After a long day of skiing you can spend a quiet snowy evening in a windowed alcove playing cards at the game table. In the summer and fall you can wile away your time on the water or hike in the woods around the house. How you spend your time is up to you. What we supply you with is an inviting and comfortable place to hang your jacket. NOTES: A TV with DVD and VCR is located in the living room. TVs are also located in the kitchen, studio bedroom and master bedroom. The house has both a carport and garage with remote opener. The laundry area is in the garage.
