Private: natural state grounds 7'000 m2, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, 01.06.-30.09.). Terrace (70 m2), garden furniture. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, sandy beach 25 km. Golf course 10 km. Please note: car essential.

3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 open room with curtain with 1 double bed (160 cm). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Bath/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm), TV, CD-player and DVD. Electric heating.
