In the house: central heating, burglar alarm. Individual garage. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 50 m. The swimming pool has 8 sides. The grounds are secured by an electric gate.

4-room house 140 m2, very nice furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room 40 m2 with satellite-TV, stereo unit and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC. Deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Please note: telephone for incoming calls only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Wifi internet access. The kitchen has an American fridge with ice-maker and freezer. The staircase to the top floor has no bannisters. Included in rent: 2 hours cleaning/week plus 1 linen change per minimum 2 week stay.
