There are 2 bathrooms, finished basement, a living room/dining room, kitchen, sunroom, porchroom, office/den and surrounded by gardens and forest. Minnicock Lake is a spring fed, unpolluted lake boasting bass and rainbow trout. This lake is perfect for people who love canoeing, kayaking, swimming and fishing. This is a winterized cottage so it can be rented throughout the year. For winter there is a propane stove, wood burning fireplace in the living room and electric heating throughout. There is an above ground firepit for summer use. Only minutes away from the town of Halibruton, shopping and the infamous Haliburton Forest Reserve where there is a multitude of activities from star gazing at the observatory, to hiking in the forest canopy.Row boat, canoe and paddle boat, with life jackets are on site.

Check in is at 4:00 p.m on Saturday and check out is at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. There is a deposit of 1/3 the rental fee and the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. There is a $500.00 security deposit that is payable 30 days prior to arrival and is fully refundable after the cottage is inspected at the end of your stay. The security deposit is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure. No pets are allowed. The cottage is very child friendly and the beach is sandy and slopes gently. The lake is very shallow when you enter and very gradually slopes to 10 feet. The deepest part of the lake is 35-45 feet deep and that part of the lake is quite far from the cottage.
