There are a huge choice of bars and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away.

Three championship golf courses are within a 5 minutes drive.

The thriving town of Torrevieja with its cosmpolitian shops and even more bars is just 10 minutes drive away.

Many activities are available for children, families and adults.

There are many watersports including jet-ski, bannana boats, paragliding, scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing etc.

For even more adventure you can go hot air ballooning or go karting.

The kids (and adults) can enjoy the water park, the fun fair and childrens play areas.

Generally, the Arrival time is 4:00 pm and Departure time is 12:00 noon to allow for cleaning of the property and washing of the linen/towels for the next guests. Please Contact Us if this is a problem and we will try our best to sort out a convenient alternative.

A damage deposit of 150 Euros (£100 or $175) is required with the final payment which will be refunded to you in full within 7 days of the keys being returned to us and subject to there being no damage in the villa.

Smoking must be confined to the outside areas and no pets or animals are allowed in the villa.
