For exclusive use of the guests:Closed gardens (50 m from the holiday property, access from the street) 1000 m2 with small barbecue and garden furniture. Public swimming pool (filled with natural mineral water, temperature 24 degrees celcius) with a childrens pool 300 m. Ideal location to discover the Cathar's region. Alet les Bains is a Spa town. Public tennis court 300m public parking 40 m. Shop, grocers 30 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 60 m. Please note: car essential.

3-room terraced house 60 m2 on 2 levels, rustic furnishings: dining room with TV. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm). Facilities: washing machine. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Please note: access to the house is via the kitchen.
