Napoleonic Chateau with Grounds & Pool for price of a Villa! - Home Rental Listing Details

You can rent this luxury chateau in France for the price of a villa! Chateau de Clérac is available to rent on a self catering basis (known as gîtes in France) or we can provide bed & breakfast out of peak season. The chateau can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably - a few more if required. All rooms are large, airy and comfortable and the chateau itself is very child-friendly. When you rent the chateau the pool, gardens and fields are all yours to avail of. It's like being king or queen of your very own castle in France!

Chateau de Clérac also provides other activities such as painting classes, wine-tasting and even murder-mystery weekends! We want you to make the most of your stay at Château de Clérac - especially if it's the first time you've chosen to rent a chateau in France. When you rent the château for a week (or a weekend, for that matter), the place essentially becomes yours for that period. It's on a self-catering basis. Beds will have clean linen upon your arrival. The château sleeps up to 14 comfortably - a couple more at a push.

All prices - in Euros - are per weeks' rental of the complete château, Saturday to Saturday, arriving at 4pm and departing by 10am.

The price includes all heating & electricity and use of bikes. Telephone & Internet usage will be billed separately on departure.

Weekend Rental

The Château is also available on a weekend rental basis. Prices range between 300 and 700 Euros per weekend (Friday evening - Sun Evening) depending on the season.

Reservation

Reservations can be made by email, telephone or fax. We require a 25% deposit at the time of reservation. Until we receive this deposit your reservation will be provisional only. The balance is then due 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival. Your deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled rental.

Security Deposit

500 Euros cash, payable upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you when you leave, less any eventual deductions for breakages, extra cleaning, etc. Please be thoughtful enough to leave our home the way we entrusted it to you.
