Central Apartment TOUR AS Ljubljana; a family-run business offering accommodation in a variety of different short stay rooms and apartments in Ljubljana city centre and its immediate vicinity. All accommodation units are served by a central reception, which gives the establishment the character of a hotel with scattered rooms and apartments, fully equipped and rated as one, two or three-star.
Amenities include office area with internet connection, cable TV, telephone, washing machine and, in some accommodation units, air conditioning.

These renovated, colorful apartments are located in the old town on lovely Trubarjeva Street lined with traditional houses, cafes and boutiques, just a minute of walk from the main Preseren Square and the famous Triple Bridge. They are an excellent ‘home away from home’ for relaxing after a long day of discovering the beauty of Ljubljana and Slovenia.

The 3 star quality apartments have all bedrooms with double bed or two single beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. They are fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, CTV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access. You can choose between the apartments A2+2 Luka 48 m2, A4+2 Ela 98 m2, studio apartments A1S+1 Luka 28 m2 and A2S Tara 22 m2 and a room S1/2 Luka. This room has beside a double bed also a kitchenette with the essential cooking utensils and a small refrigerator, table for two, a big wardrobe, bathroom with shower. The guest can also use the washing machine, which is in utility nearby.

Accommodations are on the 1st floor in a traditional 19th century building, no elevator access. It has a parking lot in the agency’s parking space, about 200 meters far away. Daily price is 12 €.

The daily and weekly rental price includes bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity, gas, heating, weekly change of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths and standard final cleaning at departure.

The cost of telephone use is calculated according to the price list.
Internet and TV are free of charge.
Security deposit: 100 EUR per accommodation.

- children up to 2 years without own bed: gratis
- children from 2 to 5 years without bed 5 EUR
- baby bed 12 EUR
- additional bed 12 EUR, max. 2 additional beds, max. occupancy is 6 persons

Terms of reservation: accommodation can be rented or reserved while unoccupied and unreserved. Reservation is completed by paying the reservation fee or by authorizing us to use your credit card for the payment of the reservation fee by providing us with the type, number, expiry date of the credit card, address of the credit card holder (at American Express) and security number.

Reservation fee: 30% of the total expected rental.

Canceling reservations: guests have the right to the return of the reservation fee with written cancellation of residence:
- to 30 days before arrival: 80% reservation fee
- from 29 to 22 days before arrival: 60% reservation fee
- from 21 to 15 days before arrival: 40% reservation fee
- from 14 to 8 days before arrival: 20% reservation fee
- from 7 days to 1 day before arrival, the reservation fee is not returnable

If the reservation is cancelled in less than one day before the arrival is due – or on the day of the arrival – the whole amount of the agreed stay up to the length of one week should be paid and as well 30% of the agreed amount for the remaining days.
In stays that are shorter than originally agreed upon with the reservation the daily prices are calculated according to the currently valid pricelist.

Arrivals take place from 2 pm to 6 pm and departures up to 10 am, unless agreed upon otherwise. Please let us know, if you would like to check in or out at any other time.
For late arrivals from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional cost of 21 EUR, for night arrival from 24:00 to 07:00 there is an additional cost of 38 EUR. In that case please let us know the phone number at which we will be able to reach you at your late arrival.
