Private: natural state grounds 4'200 m2, plants and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, shopping centre 16 km. Please note: car essential. Granite quarry nearby.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave) with dining table. Bath/shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 large rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Oil heating. View of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, children's highchair, cot for up to 3 year olds. Reserved parking (covered).
