Kitchenette (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, grill). Bath/WC. Small balcony 5 m2, east facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Garage. Please note: the beds are raised and accessed by a ladder. The balcony overlooks the road. Kitchen was refurbished in 2008.
