Private: natural state grounds (fenced), natural garden 20 m2, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, 01.05.-30.09.). Steep motor access. Stepped path to the house. Shop 4 km, grocers 4 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach 5 km. Golf course 5 km. Please note: car essential. There is a petanque pitch outside. The house is situated 4 km from St Vicenc de Montalt. Excellent public swimming pool in St Vicenc with a sports area.
