2-family house, 2 storeys, built in 1985. Outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of Pontedeume, 3 km from the sea. For shared use: grounds 3'400 m2, garden with lawn. Parking in the grounds. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach 3 km. Riding stables 3 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.

5-room apartment 120 m2 on 1st floor, rustic furnishings: living/dining room with TV, video and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room, without wardrobe with 1 bed (120 cm).
