Rates based on 12 persons, $100 per person per week extra up to 17.Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. 11% Tax There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded if home is left in order as found). In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request. Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival. A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in. Check in: 4 PM, Check out: 10 AM Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years week, $1500.00 $175.00 per week to heat pool March to Dec, $250.00 Dec to March. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. NO SMOKING/NO PETS (NO CHILDREN UNDER 18 ARE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN EITHER HOUSE WITHOUT ADULTS!!)
