Our 1470 sq. ft. Townhouse has 4 bedrooms with enough room to sleep up to 10 adults all for one low price.
The main floor bedroom (handicap accessible) has the new Memory Foam King-size bed, cable TV, DVD and a private bath with Jacuzzi. The spacious Living area comes with a Flat Screen Cable TV, a VCR, Love seat and Sleeper sofa (sofa pulls out for a Full-sized sleeper bed). The Dining area & full size Kitchen are fully supplied with appliances, dishes and all the eating/cooking utensils and a Washer and Dryer, free for guest use! The Living area has a slider door to the outside wrap-around covered porch to sit out and enjoy the warm florida night air. We have throughout the home Free Wireless Internet and now Free unlimited USA long distance Telephone Service.

The Upper level has three bedrooms. The Main upper bedroom has a flat screen cable TV, a new Memory Foam Queen size bed, dressers and includes private bath. The two other bedrooms have 2 twin beds each, cable TV’s and dressers. One of these rooms has a PlayStation2 Gaming System to play PS2 games on or to watch DVDs. An additional Bathroom is located on this upper level.

Venetian Bay Village is a safe and secure Gated Resort Community with a Private Lake, a Recreation/Fitness Center, 4 Pools, Playgrounds, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Basketball, Picnic Areas, a Game Room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines and a children’s movie theater - on site, a Business Center with wireless high-speed internet, computers and printers for guest use and even an On-Site Car Wash facility.

The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations, wood furniture and all the kitchen, sleeping and cooking materials you may need to eat in or if you choose to eat at any of the hundreds of wonderful restaurants or take-out places the famous Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway) which is only 1 block away. The community is located blocks away from a Super Wal-Mart Center, Super Target Shopping Center, K-Mart Center, Big Lots and BJ’s store.

Close to all Disney World Parks (8 miles), Sea World (10 miles), Discovery Cove, Aquatica Water Park, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure (18 miles), Gatorland Park (2 miles), LegoLand-Florida, Medieval Times Dinner Theater and many other Orlando attractions.

Located between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/W.Vine St.) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all Orlando attractions.

A 4 nigh minimum stay is required. If you stay less than 5 nights you must add a $90.00 cleaning fee. For 5 or more nights NO CLEANING FEE is charged. A $300.00 fully refundable Security Deposit will be colleted. We accept PayPal, VISA and Mastercard Credit Cards.

We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, the balance is due 14 days before your visit. To these prices we must add a 13% Florida Rental Tax and we do require a $300.00 (fully refundable) Security Deposit. The pass and entrance codes will be sent by e-mail after payment in full.
