Separate bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Very large and comfortably furnished salon with wood burning stove Digital TV [BBC & ITV], video, and two double-glazed French windows opening onto the terrace and pool. Fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen with split level oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Large oak table seating 12 and French windows leading to terrace and pool. Laundry room with washing machine and large freezer and fridgeDownstairs toilet and basin. Bed Linen and towels supplied. Telephone connection for Internet access is available with a small deposit. Outside: The large 40' x 16' swimming pool is chlorine free open from 1st May and is fully maintained. Grounds extending to over an acre surround the property. There is ample garden furniture at your disposal, a gas barbeque and table tennis and badminton.We had the pleasure of having a very important guest stay for three weeks and here is the extract from our visitors book September 2001."Absolutely wonderful location, so peaceful and tranquil, just what we wanted. We enormously enjoyed the Dordogne, the ambience, the food, the history and the house was an excellent base to enjoy all of these. We were within easy reach of Sarlat, Souillac and Gourdon all of which had good restaurants and all the necessary shops-but still had the openness and freedom of a truly rural setting.
