++RATE NOTES++
*So that you may compare our rates with others, they do not include taxes (12%) nor $95 cleaning fee.
*Pool heat is available for the length of your stay at $20/night or $112/week including tax.
*FREE or discounted rates do not apply to holiday weeks.
*4 night minimums generally apply, however, feel free to check with us for “fill-the-gap” dates in the next 3 months.
*Generally, week-long reservations are made Saturday to Saturday, however, we are happy to accommodate your preferred arrival day as availability allows.

++DAMAGE & BOOKING DEPOSIT++
Your reservation is not guaranteed until your Damage & Booking Deposit and signed rental agreement is received; they should be sent within 5 business days of booking your stay.
-- A $200 Deposit is required for all stays of 14 nights or less.
-- A $400 Deposit is required for all stays longer than 14 nights.
The Deposit is NOT applied towards rent; however, it is fully refundable within 72 hours of departure if all terms are met (further details can be emailed upon request).
-- An amount, from $75 to 100% of your Deposit, is subject to forfeiture if your reservation is changed or cancelled. Please refer to the Change and Cancellation policy in the Terms & Conditions which will be emailed upon request.

++PET FRIENDLY RATES++

Please ask for approval for your well-behaved pet’s stay prior to arrival.
$25/night or $150/week + $250 security deposit.
Because our property is not fenced for pets, you should only consider bringing them if they are accustomed to staying inside during your absence.
