Oberterzen: Nice, cosy chalet "Casa Allegra", built in 1980, renovated in 2005. Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: natural garden. Barbecue. 2 km long steep, narrow motor access to 30 m from the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 30 m stepped path (80 steps) to the house. Individual garage. Grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Unterterzen" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 3 km, cable car 3 km, ski lift 3 km. The holiday house is situated 50 m from the "Terza" black run (Flumserberg-Oberterzen, only for advanced skiers). It is possible to load/unload the car 20 m from the house.
