Located at the Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club resort, this condominium is bright, airy and clean. You can watch the boats and dolphins cruise the intracoastal from your private balcony. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, grills, shuffleboard court, and boat/fishing docks which are directly on the intracoastal. If you own or rent a boat, there is a dock to tie your boat to while vacationing. There are 4 tennis courts at the front of the complex. The top floor includes a sundeck with great views of the gulf and intracoastal. Access to the white sand beach is directly across the street.Your reserved parking space is just outside the elevator door and extra spots are available for visitors. The unit is a spacious 1050 sqare feet and well layed out: The large master bedroom includes a brand new king size bed, a large walk-in closet, cable TV and VCR, clock radio with CD player, telephone and sliding glass doors to the balcony with a beautiful view of the waterway. The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed and a large closet. The living room features a beautiful view of the intracostal waters, with wide sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony. We have a sofa and love seat, a very comfortable (if not perfectly matching) rocking recliner, new 27" TV, new DVD player, and a new Sony CD player. The kitchen is clean and fully stocked, including a microwave, refridgerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, glassware etc... most of which are brand new. There are two full bathrooms - one outside each bedroom. The master bathroom has a shower/tub and the other bathroom has a large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Extra amenities include a hair dryer, iron and board, night lights, laundry hampers, a fan, and a selection of current movies on DVD. Down the hall, the Laundry Room is large, bright and clean (and a rather social place!) The landscaped grounds include a large heated pool, hot tub, private docks, gas grills, tennis courts and shuffleboard. Your neighbors at Bayshore are friendly and down to earth. There are many great restaraunts nearby - many within walking distance. We've been going to Bayshores for ten years and always have a relaxing, enjoyable vacation.
