Summer Rates minus $100 apply to Winter Holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years. One Quarter (1/4)to One Half (1/2) of the Rent Reserves the Ranch! The entire Rental Balance plus 7% State Accomodation Tax are due 30 days prior to your arrival. And a $250 Security/Damage Deposit is due upon your arrival and is fully refundable within 10 days of your departure. If you cancel we will use due diligence to re-rent for your dates and if successful we will refund your rental deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee which you can use as a credit on a future reservation. If unable to re-rent for at least the same amount some or all of the deposit will be retained as lost income damages. Your Personal Checks are fine and you can pay over time at no interest!
