We had a terrific time staying in this fabulous condo/home. It had a perfect location, was designed and furnished beautifully. We would highly recommend the Kolea development to any family looking for the Hawaiian experience in the perfect location, private, yet available to all of the activites. This was the best!

The ice maker didn't work. I called and they said they would send someone, but it never worked. The two A/C units didn't seem to work well either; the one for the master bedroom kept it very cool, however the hall was very warm. The second unit kept the queen bedroom cool, however the living room and twin bed bedroom was extremely warm.Overall we liked the place a lot.

We stayed in the condo for 8 days right before Thanksgiving 2008. The condo is in excellent condition. The kitchen has everything we need plus some. And it's great to use the outdoor grill and enjoy the sunset and dinner on the patio. The condo is very close to club house, pool, and beach access. The garage is well stocked with play things like snorkeling gears, bikes, scooters, life vests, sand toys, and even strollers! Our only disappointment was that there's a row of single story houses between the condo and the ocean, so we can only see the ocean from certain angles on the patio. The second and third story condos would probably have better ocean views, if that's what you're looking for.

Advertised a TV in every room. Truth was only two of the four worked and the channel selection was terrible. Did not even get ESPN. Also only 1 key.
