A semi detached house on a hill. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Baan Sa-moot Sa-wan is a 4 bedroom villa, sleeps maximum of 12.
Baan Sa-moot Sa-wan's special feature is the rooftop infinity edge pool with jacuzzi jets at one end and has specatacular views! It is spaciously spread out over four floors and has a service lift between all floors including the rooftop.
The main floor has a spacious open plan living/dining area with spectacular sea views and a dining table for 8. There is a 42" plasma TV, satellite channels, DVD and CD player and sound system. Wireless internet is provided.
The modern European kitchen has an oven, 4-ring stove, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, breakfast bar.
All bedrooms have air conditioning. Living area and dining area have ceiling fans to help cool the area down in hot season.
Second Floor There are 4/5 bedrooms and one more living area.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and it's en suite bathroom has an exceptionally large terrazo 2 person bath tub, (from which you have views) shower area, (views also) and wc. The ensuite is decorated to give the romantic mood through the room. The master Bedroom has views of the jungle and ocean.
Second bedroom has a king size bed and is also en suite. This room has the views of the jungle, mountain and a bit over Karon Beach.
Third bedroom has twin beds and en suite. There is a TV in this bedroom, best suited for children. This bedroom also has slight views from the window.
Ground floor Ground floor is self contained (with its own kitchenette) making it ideal for two families to be seperate and private. There is a separate living area on the ground floor, and one more bedroom.
Fourth bedroom has a king size bed. This also has views and bifold doors leading out to a deck
Second Living Area has a pull out queen size sofabed, it also has a TV, DVD player, play station 2 with games. This area can be made into another bedroom. All you need to do is close the sliding doors between the living area and the fourth bedroom. It has bi-fold doors all around leading onto a surrounding deck with koi pond of which you also have ocean and jungle views
There is a small kitchennette, including fridge, kettle, toaster.
They both share separate wc and the beautiful outdoor spa bath area where you can watch the stars or gaze openly at the view.
There is also a washing machine.
The rooftop terrace is fully decked with sunlounges and has an infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi jets. There is a barbeque up on the rooftop. An ideal spot to sit and watch the sunset while sipping your favourite drink.

"The Karon Villa was by far the best accommodation I have stayed at in Phuket. As a frequent traveller to Phuket, I am always on the look out for affordable, comfortable and well situated residences. I will never again seek accommodation elsewhere whilst staying in Phuket. Unlike hotels, the villas provide a sense of homeliness at the same time as providing unsurpased personal attention and service. The villas are ideally located on high ground set ack from Karon Beach, providing uninterupted views and a security blanket against the ever looming tsunami threat. Karon Beach provides easy access to busy tourist centres such as Patong Beach, yet is convenientlt detached from all the hustle and bustle. The internet description of the property were acurate in every regard ie. location, dimensions, pictures etc and the property was well serviced and maintained by the staff member, Ot. Customer service was exceptional and mention must be made of the efforts of Ot, who readily adjusted his schedule to allow for the requirements of our party - including attending the marets and cookinf for us on occassion, collecting and arranging pick up for laundry and even adjusting his start time to midday in order to allow our an extra sleep to receover from hangovers - a regular event. I highly recommend this property and the additional management services provided. Unlike other operators, the staff provide activity costings which represent true market values - this can be verified by directly seeking the websites of the activity providers. In past holidays I have been ripped off by service providers who act as agents for tour/service operators in order to collect commissions, however, the management of these villas to provide real packages and discounts that I would be unable to achieve if I was to bok the activites directly. "We stayed 6 days in this beautyfull hillside villa with a great view over the Karon Bay. The villa is located at a rather quiet place away from the busy Patong to which however it is only a 15 minutes Tuk-Tuk ride (after 5 minutes downhill by walk) in case of need.
Would recommend to hire a car as Tuk-Tuks are not able to make the rather steep climb to the villa and you are more independent then anyway.
Villa is well equipped with all you need including a modern kitchen, our favourite place however was the fantastic rooftop pool.
The villa has been cleaned every day by the caretaker who was also available for any questions we had.
