6.8% Lodging Tax*Please note - the special season rates are based upon 3-4 occupants, the weekly rates for these seasons for 1-2 occupants is $1,000/week or $175/day. To make a reservation, we will need a non-refundable deposit of $500 or 50% of total rent (whichever is less). The balance is due no later than 10 days prior to arrival date. A damage deposit of $500 or 50% of total rent (whichever is less) will be held until inspection of the premises has been completed (not to exceed 72 hours after departure). Please no smoking, no pets and no children unless of legal hunting age (State of Colorado, children age 13 and over must have completed the State Approved Hunter Education Course and have been issued the Hunter Education Certificate). No Camp Trailers or RV's are allowed. Horses and/or horse trailers may be allowed with prior special arrangement and authorization only. Please be sure to obtain authorization, prior to booking your reservations. For the safety of Durango Ridge Ranch (DRR) homeowners, pets and wildlife, and to avoid unnecessary wear and tear on DRR roads, renters agree to observe all posted speed limits of 20 mph within DRR. Violators will be asked to leave, with no refunds provided.
