On the upper level, the living room has a dining set, queen sleeper and half bath, and is open to the kitchen. Off the living room, there's a deck with outdoor dining. Off the kitchen, there's a deck with hot tub and privacy fencing. On the lower level, there's a bedroom with its own deck and bathroom. To one side of the house, on the ground level, there's a dog run. On the other side, there's a public path to the public Mother's Beach, a large expanse with lots of sand (dogs must be on leash), quite lively in high season.
